Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Who has allowed us to sit in heavenly places.  Both this year and last year, we have found ourselves in an economical turmoil.  But here at St. Luke, God has allowed us to experience a little bit of heaven on earth.  We could easily complain about what we do not have or what we could not get, but we have decided to praise God anyhow.  Even if we wanted to complain, when I see those majestic mountains that surround us and the manicured green grass that lay like newly installed carpet , we can only shout the praises of the ALMIGHTY.  We here at St. Luke are not without our trials and tribulations, but God has led us through these shadows and has given us a glimplse of what is to come. 

In this year, we celebrate God doing the impossible and not just the impossible, but the impossible to the seventh power!  The seventh power is found in our theme scripture, Luke 1:37, that says "For with God, nothing shall be impossible."  Seven powerful words and with God behind us, before us, above us, and beneath us, we will reach for the Heavens. 

To God be the glory, for great things He has done."  The MISSION IS POSSIBLE!
